Work Environment

This position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in East Brunswick, NJ. Our facility is designed to support a comprehensive rehabilitation process, featuring advanced therapeutic equipment and spacious treatment areas. The work schedule will typically consist of 40 hours per week, including potential variable weekends. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Staff Physical Therapy, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and disabilities, creating individualized treatment plans based on findings.
• Provide consultations to healthcare providers regarding patients' ongoing care, ensuring a seamless continuum of treatment.
• Engage with patients of diverse ages and cultural backgrounds while adhering to our high standards of customer service.
• Document evaluations and treatment progress accurately, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary treatment team, patients, and families to optimize care strategies.
• Participate in community outreach, cost containment, and program development while supporting the supervision of physical therapy assistants and students.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending staff meetings, in-services, and educational programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with orthopedic patients suffering from a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and sports-related injuries. Qualifications
