We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to handle payroll tax related mail management, company registrations and other administrative tasks.

As a Payroll Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Payroll Tax related Mail Sorting onsite and other administrative items.
Helping in company registrations.
Payroll Tax Notice research and resolution.
Account Numbers research, clean-up and updates.
State, Local, Unemployment and federal tax registrations.
Adhoc items - as needed.

Experience:

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in SharePoint, ADP SmartCompliance.
Experience in multi-tasking and strong analytical skills.
2+ years experience in US Payroll Tax.

Education:

Associates Degree
