About the Role

The role also requires the ability to proactively manage issues, escalations, and service risks, and to develop expertise on industry trends to provide clients with valuable insights. Candidates for the Client Partner (AVP) position at the company should have a strong track record in cultivating client relationships, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, opinionated mindset. A background in the financial services industry, particularly in the money market fund or financial technology sector, is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree and relevant FINRA licenses. The role demands a candidate with a flexible, hands-on approach, a willingness to challenge current paradigms, and a strong team orientation. Experience in selling SaaS or technology-enabled financial solutions is also a key requirement.
