Basic Job Functions: Provide administrative support across: • Union/CBA management, employee data administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR processes • Maintain accurate employee and union records in Navision • Support audits, reporting, and data integrity initiatives • Assist with payroll processing and HR‑related accounts payable • Manage employment verifications and compliance documentation • Support company driver program records • Provide general Salt Lake City branch administrative support • Perform other duties as assigned. This also includes effectively anticipating and meeting customer needs and the ability to adjust approach based on the situation. • Attention to Detail: Thorough in accomplishing tasks, no matter how small they may be, and taking care to make sure that expectations are met.
