This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and customers to resolve billing inquiries. Generate and send customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and follow up on past-due invoices Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the billing and collection process Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role Proficiency in accounting software, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr COASTAL WASTE & RECYCLING INC
