School Physical Therapist | Missouri City, Texas

We're seeking a dedicated and proactive Physical Therapist (PT) to provide impactful services across multiple campuses on a full-time contract basis. This rewarding role involves supporting a large and diverse student population in collaboration with another PT ideal for professionals who thrive on variety and value meaningful work in school-based settings.

What you'll contribute:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services and support to students ages K-12 throughout the district, helping them achieve functional mobility and access to their educational environment.
• Share responsibility for a caseload of 160 students (with approximately 50 direct service students), collaborating with another PT; strong teamwork and communication are essential.
• Travel between up to 50 district campuses using the district office as your home base; organizational skills and flexibility are important.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports using Frontline and SuccessEd platforms.
• Implement therapy plans, provide consultative services to educational staff, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Establish rapport with students, families, and school staff while ensuring compliance with district and state regulations.

Ideal background and qualifications:

• Active Texas Physical Therapy license (PT); highly qualified and experienced PTAs with pediatric or school-based experience will also be considered.
• Recent, relevant experience in a K-12 or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work traditional school hours, full-time (37.5 hours per week), on-site; reliable transportation required.
• Clean background and fingerprinting clearance per state and district guidelines.
• Never previously employed by this district or terminated from a school district (disclosure required).
