Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Test Analyst for a contract position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Minnetonka, MN. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Pay range: $56 - $59 per hour.

This role is for a Business Test Analyst to support Claims Compare testing. The position involves the execution, research, defect resolution, and client results summary for health plan claims compare testing. The ideal candidate will have detailed pharmacy benefit management (PBM) experience with a focus on researching and validating claim rejections based on benefit structures, not payment outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution, research, defect resolution, and client results summary for health plan claims compare testing
• Research benefits and rejected claims to determine if the rejection was valid based on the benefit structure
• Analyze and compare large data files to identify rejected claims in new file conversions
• Conduct research to validate if a rejection was an error or an accurate result of a data conversion
• Perform detailed analysis of test results related to claim rejections

Requirements:

• Experience with RxCLAIM and benefits
• Strong Excel skills, including experience with Macros, VLOOKUPs, parsing data, and analyzing large datasets
• Strong knowledge of using the RxClaims system
• Broad Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) benefit experience to research and identify issues in claims comparison
