Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions, addressing a range of issues that affect family dynamics.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client while adhering to evidence-based practices.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to life transitions.

• Engaging in ongoing assessment and documentation of client progress, ensuring effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Participating in regular team meetings and supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, ranging from adults to children and adolescents, addressing various mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering healing for entire families dealing with:

Qualifications\n
