Key Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify mental health disorders in young patients.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and the specific needs of each patient.
• Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications while monitoring their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Implementing various psychotherapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), to facilitate patient progress.
• Collaborating with teachers and school staff to integrate mental health support within the educational framework, enhancing students' learning and social experiences.
• Providing family education on mental health conditions and self-care strategies for patients and their families.
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, identifying treatment changes or needs during regular follow-up appointments.
• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss cases and ensure coordinated care across disciplines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with children and adolescents who face mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
