Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced practice nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC electronic health records (required)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Adhere to all credentialing, privileging, and compliance requirements as determined by the facility

Required Qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in New York State (or eligibility)
EPIC experience required
Current CV documenting experience and explanation of any gaps greater than 30 days
Malpractice review documentation required (physician explanation if applicable)
Name Clear verification required prior to submission
Willingness to complete facility credentialing and health clearance process prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior locum tenens or travel advanced practice experience
Experience working in a hospital or acute care environment
Familiarity with facility credentialing and privileging processes
