Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and client acquisition efforts. You will work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities, maintain client communications, and assist in the execution of growth strategies that align with company objectives. Responsibilities
- Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client materials
- Maintain and update client and prospect databases
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Track and report on business development activities and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Basic understanding of business development or client relations principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
