Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, focusing on building rapport and establishing trust with clients to effectively address their mental health needs.

• Offer couples counseling and support services, helping partners improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and enhance their relationship dynamics.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions designed to explore and improve familial relationships, address communication barriers, and create a supportive environment for all family members.

• Create individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment strategies for various mental health disorders, utilizing clinical judgment and knowledge of best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve supporting a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and transitional life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating proficiency in handling complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
