Fab Operator

Overview Description: Employee will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of equipment and understands production and quality practices. Part to most of the day the individuals will be working in a cleanroom environment, required to wear a cleanroom suit. Responsibilities Working in a cleanroom class 100 fab - wearing cleanroom garments/suit required (supplied by company) Cleaning and handling of fragile parts Operating equipment - sputtering technology Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds Manual manipulation and assembly of small parts Monitor equipment and reports problems to the supervisor Packaging/Shipping in a cleanroom environment Assists in keeping surrounding areas safe, clean, and organized. Perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Dependable, reliable, punctual, and available to work overtime if required Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across many areas Basic math skills Attention to detail Must be able to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate well with others and to be a team player Ability to follow directions, learn quickly, and work with minimal supervision Cleanroom experience a plus but not required Education: HS diploma or GED required at the min.
