Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a collaborative work environment where therapists engage through state-of-the-art telehealth platforms. By working from home, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while adhering to our structured work hours, which are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM. Some flexibility will be expected to accommodate patient needs, ensuring that we provide necessary access to mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based interventions to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and secure clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.
\n
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at continually improving service quality and client outcomes.
\n
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment to enhance personal practice and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and more. Your ability to customize therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client will be essential in promoting their journey toward healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions effectively, tailoring your strategies to meet individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
