Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify client needs, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other validated modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring adherence to HIPAA and all regulatory requirements, thereby upholding the trust and security of our clients.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
