Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations of clients, employing evidence-based practices to craft tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s specific needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to facilitate progress in clients’ mental health journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring accurate tracking of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health professionals, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance care delivery.

• Engage in meaningful case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zenith, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
