In this full-time telehealth position, therapists will have the opportunity to provide individualized support and care to clients while balancing their professional and personal lives by working from home. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and includes a monthly healthcare stipend.

Work Environment\n

As a fully remote telehealth provider, the mental health therapist will utilize secure video conferencing tools to conduct sessions with clients. Therapists can create their own schedules during standard operating hours between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the added pressure of on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients aimed at improving their overall mental health and well-being.

• Encourage clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a supportive virtual environment, helping them gain insights into their behaviors and relationships.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in clarifying and setting personal treatment goals tailored to their unique situations.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise to develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on a solution-focused approach.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly within the electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the treatment options and resources available to clients.

The therapist will work primarily with adults experiencing a variety of stable and low-acuity mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical record documentation.
