Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Perform detailed assessments, setting clear objectives and creating personalized treatment plans aligned with clients' goals.

• Document client progress, treatment interventions, and therapeutic outcomes promptly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coordinators, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent, demonstrating your capability to practice professionally.

• Proven experience in mental health counseling with a strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, which will be commensurate with your experience and caseload.
