Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable AssociateGrowing Nutraceutical company seeking detail-oriented, self-starter Bookeepers / Accountants with strong Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables (AR / AP) background. If you're a hands-on, detail-driven individual with effective communication and comfortable collaborating directly with leadership to make an immediate impact to a growing company, apply now!ResponsibilitiesManage Accounts Receivable including invoicing, tracking payments, and customer follow-upProcess Accounts Payable including vendor invoices, approvals, and payment scheduling with leadershipMaintain and update financial records in QuickBooksEnsure accuracy of customer billing terms (pricing variations, pallet charges, payment structures)Manage AR/AP with approximately 20 active customers plus suppliersRequirements3–5 years accounting/bookkeeping experienceAccounts Payable (AP) experience (invoice processing, vendor payments, approvals)Accounts Receivable (AR) experience (customer billing, collections, payment tracking)QuickBooks experience (required)Excel (intermediate to advanced preferred)Strong attention to detail in billing terms and customer contractsBachelor's degree preferred but not required (experience outweighs education)Comfortable working in a small-company, fast-moving environmentMust-Have: Strong AP and AR experienceNice-to-Have: Manufacturing or nutraceutical industry experienceExperience working directly with ownership/leadershipCandidates expecting large corporate structure or segmented accounting teams are discouragedDetail-oriented, self-starter, organized, Hands-on, team player, adaptable, process-minded personality traits
