Founding Customer Success & Ops Lead

We seek a Founding Customer Operations Lead to own customer issues from first report to resolution and to partner with engineering and deployment teams for rapid, reliable service. You will own onboarding, scale hospitality-focused support, and drive proactive communication with customers across hardware, firmware, and software.
