Key Responsibilities Operate the school while maintaining compliance with state licensing requirements. Manage kitchen operations efficiently and maintain high standards of food quality Purchasing supplies, equipment, food, etc. while operating within budgetary constraints. Follow CACFP and USDA Food Guidlines Complete state paperwork daily to meet company standards Prepare and cook menu items with attention to detail and consistency Ensure a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Lead and stay motivated to deliver excellent service Ideal Candidate Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
