What You Will Do

- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role within the B2B sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Experience with data analysis to drive decision-making and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with marketplace platforms or AI-driven solutions.
- Experience in a startup environment, adapting to changing priorities.
