What You'll Do:

• Provide cardiothoracic surgical coverage, including CABG, arterial revascularization, redo coronary revascularization, pericardial windows, and valve repairs/replacements
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care in a hospital setting
• Participate in 24-hour call rotations, averaging 10-14 days per month
• Collaborate with support staff, including three PAs, in a trauma level 2 facility
• Document procedures accurately using EPIC EMR system
• Ensure continuity of care for adult patients

What You Need:

• Medical license in Ohio
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Proven experience with complex cardiac procedures
• Ability to coordinate efficiently during 24-hour call shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
