Role Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in Santa Teresa, NM. This role involves providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy; conducting psychosocial assessments; and developing person-centered treatment plans. The LCSW will monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating care with other providers, offering crisis intervention when necessary, and educating clients and families on coping strategies and available resources. The clinician will also participate in case consultations, quality improvement activities, and ongoing professional development to support high-quality care. Qualifications Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Texas, & New Mexico or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas. Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program. Demonstrated experience in providing clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based psychotherapy to diverse populations. Strong skills in treatment planning, case management, and coordination of care with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to establish therapeutic rapport, maintain professional boundaries, and practice trauma-informed, culturally responsive care. Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and required reports in electronic health record systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and client support networks. Comfort with handling crisis situations, conducting risk assessments, and following appropriate safety and escalation protocols. Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality standards, and adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and professional guidelines. Willingness to engage in supervision, continuing education, and training to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
