Description Le Centre Hospitalier Louis Pasteur (CHLP) de Dole est un établissement de Médecine, Chirurgie, Obstétrique (MCO) d’environ 360 lits et places. L’hôpital compte également plusieurs services de moyen et long séjour, et un plateau technique comprenant un laboratoire, une pharmacie, un bloc opératoire, un service d’imagerie. Il est membre du GHT Centre Franche-Comté dont l’établissement support est le CHU de Besançon. Intitulé du poste Responsable technique adjoint Description Le Centre Hospitalier Louis Pasteur (CHLP) de Dole est un établissement de Médecine, Chirurgie, Obstétrique (MCO) d’environ 360 lits et places. L’hôpital compte également plusieurs services de moyen et long séjour, et un plateau technique comprenant un laboratoire, une pharmacie, un bloc opératoire, un service d’imagerie. Il est membre du GHT Centre Franche-Comté dont l’établissement support est le CHU de Besançon. La direction des moyens opérationnels et de la communication inclut le service achat – logistique, le service biomédical, le service informatique, le service technique – travaux et le service restauration. Le service technique est géré par l’ingénieur travaux et assure la réalisation et le suivi des opérations d’installation, de travaux, d’entretien et de maintenance du bâtiment et des installations et équipements affectés au service. Il est composé d’un atelier électricité, plomberie, et d’un atelier polyvalent (réparation, espaces verts, menuiserie, peinture). Activités Encadrement de l’équipe technique Management opérationnel de l’équipe technique (ateliers) et de l’équipe sécurité avec autorité hiérarchique sur ces agents Encadrement fonctionnel de la société extérieure en charge de la sécurité incendie Suivi de la maintenance Suivi des maintenances préventives (organisation visites et formations associées) internes et externes Contrôle et suivi de la qualité et de la sécurité des activités, dans son domaine Élaboration, mise en place et exploitation de tableaux de bord spécifiques au domaine d'activité Établissement/actualisation et mise en oeuvre de procédures, protocoles, consignes, spécifiques à son domaine Lancement, suivi et contrôle des réalisations en régie ou sous-traitées, relatives à son domaine d'activité Mise en conformité des installations, en application des normes et règlementations en vigueur Planification des activités et des moyens, contrôle et reporting Veille spécifique à son domaine d'activité Suivi de chantier Assistance de l’ingénieur pour le suivi opérationnel de certains chantiers de travaux Référent technique amiante Référent sûreté Niveau de qualification requis Bac +2/3 en maintenance ou équivalent Formation SSIAP 1 ou 2 ou 3 Correspondance statutaire Catégorie B Technicien Supérieur Hospitalier Organisation du travail Du lundi au vendredi hors jours fériés ; Forfait cadre Contacts Mme Charlotte FERNANDES, Directrice des moyens opérationnels et de la communication View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Centre Hospitalier Louis Pasteur Dole
