We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team working primarily with milling and multi-axis CNC machines on the day shift. This role involves operating CNC equipment for machining metal products under supervised conditions, ensuring precision and quality throughout production.

Responsibilities

• Set up milling and multi-axis CNC machines according to specifications
• Interpret CNC programs accurately to ensure proper operation
• Maintain and replace tooling to optimize machine performance
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in CNC operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Skilled in precision measurement techniques
• Effective time management skills
