The CNC Machinist plays a key role in precision manufacturing, responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Working within a small team and reporting directly to the Production Manager, this role demands technical expertise in machining processes, an eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining efficient production standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to blueprints and specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Perform quality control checks on machined parts
• Maintain and replace tools to ensure optimal machine performance
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
• Handle materials safely and efficiently during production
• Keep detailed records of production data and machine maintenance
• Operate milling equipment as part of the machining process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in machining and blueprint reading
• Skilled in precision measurement and machine setup
• Experience with tool selection and milling operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team
