Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and comprehensive assessments for incarcerated individuals, directly impacting their therapeutic outcomes.

• Develop and coordinate treatment plans that align with the overall disposition of patients, ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care.

• Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports meticulously to support ongoing patient care and to fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate closely with the Department of Correction to optimize access to patient care, ensuring secure housing arrangements and proper treatment protocols are established.

• Coordinate and provide group therapy sessions in various treatment units, fostering a supportive environment for sharing and healing.

• Participate in routine clinical supervision and case conferences, refining treatment strategies through collaboration with supervisors and peers.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of five years of professional experience providing direct client care in a behavioral health setting, with specific insights into correctional environments preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
