Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments via video sessions to determine patient needs and appropriate care.

• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that reflect the client’s personal goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of treatment notes, progress, and updates in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Regularly collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other health professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary, adapting approaches based on the immediate needs of clients to foster safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
