Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring they align with therapeutic goals and the best practices within the field of mental health.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions that explore behavioral health challenges and promote constructive coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and telehealth platforms.

• The ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction, organization, and the capability to manage a caseload efficiently.
