Registered Nurse - EP Lab - F/T Evenings

About This Role The Registered Nurse in the EP Lab at Hackensack Meridian Health provides direct patient care for a specific population, focusing on achieving desired outcomes through effective collaboration and coordination with the healthcare team. Highlights Location: Hackensack, NJ Facility: Hackensack Meridian Health Schedule: Full-time, Evening shift What You'll Do Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health. Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently. Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients. Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care. Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively. Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies. Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes. Identify ethical issues and enhance patient satisfaction. Maintain competencies and certifications as required. Requirements Education: Associate in Nursing or diploma of Nursing degree required BSN in progress or willingness to acquire within three years of hire Experience: Six months of relevant nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program Licenses & Certifications: Current and valid Registered Nurse license in New Jersey BLS/CPR certification required within 60 days of hire National Certification in area of specialty preferred when eligible About Hackensack Meridian Health Hackensack Meridian Health is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
