In-Home Sales Representative – Salt Lake City, UT
High Commission | Company Leads | Unlimited Earning Potential
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team in Salt Lake City . This is an in-home sales position with strong earning potential for driven professionals who are confident in their ability to close sales and build customer relationships.
If you are motivated to succeed and have the confidence to earn $300,000+ per year , this could be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Run company-provided sales appointments
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Identify roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Generate additional business through residential prospecting and neighborhood outreach
- Close roofing projects and secure signed agreements
- Complete all required sales paperwork and documentation
- Maintain professional communication and customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous roofing sales or in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong sales, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments effectively
- Reliable transportation required
Compensation & Benefits
- Industry-leading commission structure – 30–35% commission
