Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate mental health counseling through video chat sessions, ensuring a supportive and ethical therapeutic space for clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and challenges, followed by the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients build coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication methods, enhancing their ability to manage stress and emotional challenges.

• Monitor clients' progress and update treatment plans as necessary, ensuring ongoing engagement and adaptation to their evolving mental health needs.

• Collaborate with colleagues through our user-friendly counseling platform to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking help with various life challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Our clients often appreciate a collaborative approach to therapy that emphasizes skill-building and personal empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) granting independent practice without supervision.
\n
• No past or current disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is proficiency in using technology for therapy sessions.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary to ensure seamless online sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly in delivering remote mental health counseling, is a plus.

• We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, contingent on hours worked and experience.
