Key Responsibilities Guided Sales Support: Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship‑building within the SNF and Long‑Term Care sectors, working alongside experienced closers. Territory Learning: Help identify potential targets and learn how market expansion strategy comes together in the field. Clinical Value Selling: Learn to articulate the ROI of our physician‑led wound care model to administrators and other stakeholders, with training and coaching provided. Relationship Building: Start building your own network with SNF staff, owners, and regional directors under the mentorship of senior team members. Team Collaboration: Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy that lifts everyone.
