HSE Supervisor

HSE Supervisor – Utility‑Scale Solar PV / Renewable Energy Project (Texas) Basis North America is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to support a major utility‑scale Solar PV / renewable energy project in Texas. Responsibilities Provide field‑based HSE oversight, including audits, inspections, and compliance checks, and support energization and other high‑risk construction activities. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of HSE management experience in construction environments. Direct experience supporting Solar PV / renewable energy / power projects. Perform independent HSE oversight, including audits, inspections, and field compliance checks. Strong knowledge of electrical safety and HV safety supervision. Experience supporting energization activities and other high‑risk construction activities. Working knowledge of Permit‑to‑Work and LOTO systems. Training in applicable safety standards and regulations, including OSHA and electrical safety standards. Ability to work closely with EPC contractors, site teams, and project stakeholders. Requirements Must have real experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, or power project environments; experience only in general safety, manufacturing, logistics, or non‑energy environments may not be sufficient. #J-18808-Ljbffr
