Senior Legal Professional for AI Evaluation

Design high-fidelity legal evaluation tasks and reference materials used to assess AI systems operating in Fortune 500 legal environments. Contributors create realistic enterprise scenarios, produce model-grade reference work, and write rubrics that separate robust legal reasoning from superficial output.

• Construct enterprise legal scenarios covering in-house counsel, regulatory, transactional, and litigation matters at Fortune 500 scale.
• Draft and review materials grounded in enterprise compliance regimes, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and sector-specific regulation in banking, healthcare, pharma, and insurance.
• Build tasks focused on enterprise contracting at material scale, such as master services agreements, statements of work, data processing agreements, licensing, and related contract frameworks.
• Create M&A due diligence exercises and other transaction-focused workflows for large public company deals.
• Develop enterprise risk management scenarios aligned to COSO and ERM principles, including board-level reporting and investigations in regulated industries.
• Author detailed, criterion-referenced rubrics that reflect the judgment a senior Fortune 500 lawyer would apply when evaluating legal work.

• Minimum 2 years in-house counsel experience at a Fortune 500 or large public company, or experience as a partner or senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm representing Fortune 500 clients.
• Deep exposure to one or more enterprise practice areas, such as M&A, securities, regulatory, employment, intellectual property, privacy, or commercial contracting at Fortune 500 scale.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management platforms, for example Ironclad, Agiloft, or Icertis, and with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance tooling.
• Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission.
• Prior experience authoring rubrics, exams, or training content is a plus.

• Work Arrangement: Remote.

• Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week.
• Onboarding: Participation in a paid Rubric Academy onboarding program that calibrates contributors to the project quality standards before they begin live assignments.
• Advancement: Contributors who perform strongly may be invited to reviewer, lead, or domain subject-matter roles with higher rates.

• Hourly Rate: $110.00 to $150.00 per hour, with the specific rate determined by demonstrated expertise and experience.

• Must meet the stated legal experience criteria and hold an active bar admission.
• Familiarity with enterprise compliance regimes and CLM/GRC tools as described under qualifications is required.
