Key Responsibilities

• Identify situations where an AI states the law accurately but the argument would still fail because of the forum, standard of review, or case-specific facts.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication and the ability to explain legal reasoning clearly.
• Comfort working through ambiguous assignments and raising unclear instructions.
• Relevant expertise may include legal practice, criminal justice, litigation, corporate law, M&A, intellectual property, compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, policy, paralegal work, or legal assistance.

Work Terms

• Remote, hourly independent contractor opportunities.
