Position Details Department: 35860 Advocate Condell Medical Center – Med Surg: IU Tower 3 Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts weekly 7p-7a with rotating weekends and holidays. Hours Per Week: 36 Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Benefits Eligible: Yes Where You Will Work The Cardiac Stepdown Unit cares for patients recovering from cardiac conditions and procedures. The 36‑bed unit offers a collaborative environment with nurses, physicians, and specialists. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Chemotherapy Administration Certification obtained within 1 year of employment What You’ll Do As an RN you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilizing evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication, you will help create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
