Healthcare Regulatory Associate
BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a mid-level Healthcare Regulatory Associate in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in health regulatory law, focusing on the healthcare and life sciences industries. This role involves counseling telehealth and digital health companies and working on healthcare transactions, including private equity and M&A. Duties Advise clients on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactions. Conduct regulatory diligence and structure corporate transactions. Collaborate with companies and investors in the healthcare sector. Participate in the development of compliance programs. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare transactions. Experience in a law firm environment required; government experience at CMS, OCR, or DOJ is a plus. Excellent academic credentials. Superior analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Education JD from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice in DC or NY. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and good business judgment. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
