LITIGATION ATTORNEY - PERSONAL INJURY

We are seeking an experienced and motivated full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Nashville, TN. This position is available as in office or remote. You will need to appear in person for scheduled appointments so you must live in our near Nashville, TN. Responsibilities Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall cases Conduct legal research and investigate claims to develop effective case strategies Gather and analyze evidence to support clients' cases Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary Appear in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials Provide clients with regular case updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient case management Qualifications Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and be in good standing with the Tennessee Bar. Experience handling personal injury cases Proven track record of successfully negotiating settlements and litigating cases Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Client-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving positive outcomes What We Offer We offer a base salary, along with commission paid on cases you settle.
