Commercial Loan Processor

Florida First Capital Finance Corporation and the job listing Expires on July 27, 2026 We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our SBA 504 lending team as a Commercial Loan Processor. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, project management, and helping move transactions from start to finish. Prior SBA experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. Our team helps small business owners purchase, construct, and improve commercial real estate throughout Florida and across the country. You’ll work directly with experienced SBA lending professionals and gain exposure to commercial lending, commercial real estate finance, and business financial analysis. Responsibilities Manage loan checklists and collect required documentation Follow up with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, and other third parties Organize and maintain electronic loan files Assist with loan packaging and submission preparation Draft borrower and business summaries Update CRM and pipeline tracking systems Help ensure transactions stay organized and on schedule Qualifications Strong organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong follow-through and accountability Preferred (Not Required) Experience in loan processing, mortgage processing, banking, title, escrow, legal support, or administrative operations This position provides the opportunity to learn SBA lending, commercial lending, commercial real estate finance, financial analysis, and transaction management while working alongside an experienced team.
