Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Some Notes on the Role: -One round of interviews with the host manager and 2 supervisors

• Working hours are from 7-3:30 PM

Schedule Management - Establishes policies and documentation for maintaining, developing, managing, and controlling the schedules for time and resources for the completion of the project. Report Drafting - Creating and writing various types of documents, such as policies, reports, manuals, and memos, organizing and presenting information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Event Planning - The organization of all of the activities that surround an event.
