Evening Kitchen Manager
Barrel & Boar BBQ Factory – Lancaster, Ohio
Love great food, strong teams, and being home at a reasonable hour? We’re hiring an Evening Kitchen Manager to lead dinner service at Barrel & Boar BBQ Factory — and we close at 7:30pm.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support our kitchen team during dinner service
- Maintain food quality and consistency
- Manage ticket flow and expo
- Support food cost and labor goals
- Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient
- Fun, supportive team culture
- Great BBQ that the community loves
- Located in the heart of Lancaster, Ohio
