Case Manager

We are a plaintiff's personal injury trial firm. We prepare every case for trial, not just settlement. Google us. No legal experience required. We will teach you the law firm part. We cannot teach hustle, curiosity, or attention to detail, and that is what we are looking for. Who we're looking for Someone with a growth mindset who sees problems as opportunities. A task rabbit and a problem solver. Someone who genuinely likes talking to people, doesn't take no for an answer, and catches the detail everyone else missed. Recent grads welcome. This is a career path, not a first job to pass through. What you'll be doing: Talking with clients: you'll be the first voice many of them hear, and their main point of contact throughout the case Calendaring calls, zoom meetings, follow ups, deadlines, in person meetings, settlement conferences, etc. All done on our case management system / Google Calendar Requesting medical records and bills from providers, then following up until you get them Organizing medical records and bills so they're complete, in order, and ready for a demand Preparing letters and correspondence Mailing and e-filing documents Updating cases in our case-management system so every file is current and accurate Coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, adjusters, subrogation entities, and vendors Gathering police reports, photographs, and witness information Tracking client treatment and flagging gaps before they become problems Keeping deadlines and tasks current so nothing slips The follow-up is the job. If chasing a records custodian for the fifth time sounds satisfying rather than tedious, you'll do well here. You should be excellent with technology Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple products, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. Compensation Tiered based on experience. For example: no experience? Starting salary is $45k + bonus and tiers up from there. W2 401(k) with matching up to 5% Health, dental, and vision through United HC (we pay 50% of the premium). Performance bonuses after 120 days. Hybrid work schedule. First 60 days in office, then 1 day week WFH, then additional WFH after tenure. *We offer an education stipend, sponsorship toward a Paralegal Certificate, and growth into senior case management or a litigation paralegal role.
