Work Environment\n

This role offers a full-time schedule with remote work capabilities, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Working hours are typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that evaluate each patient's psychological needs, strengths, and challenges to create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that facilitate community connection and provide resources for listeners dealing with common mental health issues.

• Collaborate and coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Render crisis intervention services to support clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, providing timely and effective assistance.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapy strategies, treatment options, and community resources available to them.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and sessions in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and foster professional camaraderie and learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse population of patients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults confronting various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in conducting thorough mental health assessments, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
