Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintain accurate clinical records and progress notes in compliance with departmental policies, utilizing electronic medical record systems to ensure thorough documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments.

• Engage with family members and support systems to ensure integrated treatment approaches and coordinated discharge planning for clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patient's unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Provide regular counseling to clients, adapting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Conduct continuous evaluations of client progress to ensure meaningful therapeutic outcomes and adjust interventions accordingly.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing challenges in emotional regulation, relationship dynamics, and mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Proficiency in technology, including experience with electronic medical records, word processing software, and spreadsheets.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience required is 2 years, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
