Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be fully remote, enabling our therapists to provide care from the comfort of their home, while still maintaining access to a supportive outpatient office environment. You will be expected to work from Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., establishing a consistent therapeutic routine that benefits your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders and relationship issues experienced by clients.

• Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and personal goals.

• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client healing and growth.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their own recovery process.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n
