Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions remotely or in person, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on relevant therapeutic themes such as trauma, grief, and family dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.

• Actively participate in team meetings and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and collaborate on client care strategies.

• Engage with clients to build rapport and trust, ensuring a safe space for self-exploration and healing.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal results.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults from various cultural backgrounds. Emphasizing cultural competence, the ideal candidate will respect and adapt to individual and family customs and needs, providing therapy in Spanish and English as required. Our client focus is on facilitating effective treatment for those dealing with mental health challenges, trauma, grief, relationship issues, and other life stressors.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree from an accredited program in Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting.

• Adept in both written and verbal communication skills, particularly for providing bilingual services.
\n
• Strong sensitivity to cultural differences and a commitment to providing equitable care to clients.
\n
• Understanding of and ability to apply therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+, grief & loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Prior experience as an in-network provider with insurance panels.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, with additional financial incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
