Requirements
- Must have a current state license or temporary license at the time of submission.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
- 2+ years of experience required.
- Must be open to floating as needed.

Compliance / Notes
- BILH coversheet required at the time of submission.
- No RTO will be approved.
- A pass/fail test will be administered upon arrival at orientation (1 attempt only).
- 2 attempts to pass the required testing during onboarding.
- No locals. Will not consider anyone who has worked within the last 6 months.
