Preferably has an insurable license (it’s okay if you don’t, it’s just great to have a back up driver) Enjoys working outdoors (even when it’s a little rainy) Can consistently lift between 25-50 lbs Doesn’t mind waking up early, and can show up on time for work each day Total Rewards At Monarch, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage, and retain top talent.
